Claude Mc Master | President and CEO

image001Mr. Mc Master joined D-BOX Technologies in 2003 as CFO and Executive Vice-President, and in 2005 he was appointed President and CEO. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young as the Vice-President, Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1994, Claude founded and headed the management consulting firm AVINGCO, which was later sold to Arthur Andersen in 1998 where he became a Partner in charge of the High Tech Sector for the Province of Quebec. Mr. Mc Master holds university degrees in engineering, business administration and law from Montreal’s École Polytechnique, Laval University and the University of Montreal. He has completed executive programs in global financial management, corporate governance and advanced corporate finance from renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School, McGill University and INSEAD in France. He currently serves on the boards of D‑BOX Technologies, Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Montreal Heart Institute and he is a former board member of the Biron Groupe Santé. He is also on the advisory board of Nexio Group.

PHILIPPE-ROY-1943As co-founder of D-BOX Technologies, Mr. Philippe Roy has over 25 years of expertise in overseeing R&D and manufacturing projects as well as business development in North America, Europe and Asia. He led the development of a computerized music synthesizer, active and passive speakers, as well as D-BOX’s unique motion technology.
