"As you could see by my mini review the overall experience was excellent but the D-BOX is truly something that only firsthand experience could give you true insight into what this technology has to offer the home entertainment enthusiast. I had read a little bit about the D-BOX but I can honestly say that my perception of what I thought it would be like and what it was actually like were quite different. Video & Audio are what makes our home theatre experience what it is, and it is hard to imagine that another technology like D-BOX could not only seamlessly blend in with them but enhance them in such a way that the experience adds something to it which otherwise would have seemed unimaginable. With a decent home theatre setup you still enjoy what your eyes and ears experience and even to some degree with well setup bass you get a slight feeling of touch (for want of a better word).

This is enhanced 1000 fold with the D-BOX so the sense of touch/feeling becomes just as important as the audio/visual aspect. So now you have an experience that you can see, hear & feel and the sensation of it is as I said something that needs to be experienced to be fully appreciate the very real difference it does make.

Another thing I was very impressed with was the accuracy of the coding so that there was absolutely no delay with the motion effect right down to the smallest details, this was the most amazing thing, I am not watching someone firing a gun, I am right beside them, I am feeling each gunshot as if I was holding the gun myself, vibrations from car engines, I am in the passenger seat right in the middle of the action etc etc etc. This is not a bass effect, this is a true experience of feeling/motion. And with Gino's setup because the Video & Audio are so outstanding the experience was all the more amazing. As I said it is hard to put into print what the body sees, hears & feels but the added immersion D-box gives is awesome. *WARNING* D-BOX motion simulator is totally addictive and after experiencing it for yourself you will have to own one!"
