Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager, Commercial Theatrical Entertainment is responsible for developing marketing strategies for all products for movie exhibitors and film studios worldwide. He determines the marketing activities to be implemented to achieve growth objectives. He ensures that plans stemming from marketing and communication strategies are consistent and deployed with movie exhibitors and studios. His role involves working with many internal and external partners around the world.

Your mission

  • In collaboration with the Marketing Director, develop and execute strategies for marketing content from film studios in partnership with movie exhibitors;
  • Maintain business relationships with movie exhibitors worldwide to identify opportunities and execute marketing campaigns to boost and maximize D-BOX visibility and generate sales for our partners;
  • In collaboration with the Strategic Marketing Consultant, acquire content (films) and promotional assets (videos, signage, etc.) from film studios;
  • Help implement marketing tools, in support of the sales teams, at movie exhibitors;
  • Develop and efficiently manage the annual budgets under his/her responsibility;
  • Manage the personnel under his/her responsibility;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Your DNA

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or marketing (or equivalent training);
  • Seven to eight years of experience in a similar position, marketing products in the film industry;
  • Experience in B2B2C is mandatory;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with customers;
  • Demonstrates strong versatility and original, results-oriented, strategic thinking;
  • Strong sense of entrepreneurship while also an excellent team player;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent business acumen and a performance- and results-oriented philosophy;
  • Excellent ability to structure work, diligence and attention to detail;
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and maintain a positive attitude;
  • Personnel management;
  • Willing to travel internationally, on a potential basis of 10-15% of time.
