• Analyze requests for equipment, subcontracting and other products for all groups in the company
• Prepare purchase orders in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Follow up with suppliers and keep MRP data up to date
• Monitor inventory levels, turnover and disposal
• Establish, manage and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
• Provide recommendations that will have a positive impact on technology, quality, cost and turnaround times

• College diploma (DEC) in procurement management or equivalent experience
• Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) certificate (an asset) 
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector
• Proficiency with Excel (Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Query)
• Experience with an MRP/ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP an asset)
• Professional level of French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our international suppliers
• Initiative and strong organizational skills
• Recognized customer service skills, respect and ethics
• Good negotiating skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience implementing procurement-related continuous improvement projects (strategic acumen)
• Experience with inventory management
