We are looking for a Production Planner who will be responsible for planning production in partnership with various internal stakeholders. He (she) will also provide support to operations by keeping production orders up to date in the system.

• Carry out daily production planning;

• Coordinate the launch of production orders and ensure their closure;

• Manage documentation related to production orders;

• Collaborate on production planning and schedules;

• Update manufacturing recipes of existing and new products;

• Update sheets of new parts and parts numbering;

• Create codes in the ERP;

• Follow up with purchasing to validate delivery dates of raw materials;

• Participate in daily production meetings and interdepartmental order follow-up meetings;

• Support the supply department: participate in the creation of purchase orders and receipts;

• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

• College diploma;

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role;

• Experience with an ERP system (we use GP Dynamics);

• Good command of Excel;

• Ease with the Office suite (Outlook, Word);

• You are very comfortable with computer systems;

• You have a good sense of organization and priority management;

• You have a good command of French, both oral and written;

• Understanding of written English.
