1. Insidious: The Red Door

Are you prepared to face the horrors that lurk behind the red door?

Directed by Patrick Wilson in his directorial debut, Insidious: The Red Door is the direct sequel to Insidious: Chapter 2 and marks the fifth instalment in the Insidious franchise. With Wilson himself, Ty Simpkins, Rose Byrne, Steve Coulter and others reprising their roles from the previous film and with Sinclair Daniel and Hiam Abbass joining the cast, Insidious: The Red Door continues the terrifying story of the Lamberts, who are looking to put their demons to rest for good.

However, as is usually the case, things are never as simple as they seem—and the cursed family must go deeper into The Further than ever before if they hope to make peace with the family’s darkest secrets.

With haptic feedback keeping you on the edge of your seat, you’ll feel all the dread, anticipation and fear as if you were part of the Lambert family yourself. It’s time to venture into the red door with them—if you dare!

2. Meg 2: The Trench

Prepare to dive deep into the abyss of fear by experiencing the fight between man and megalodon in Meg 2: The Trench!

Directed by Ben Wheatley, this sequel to 2018’s The Meg is also based on a novel by Steve Alten. Starring Jason Statham, Jing Wu, Sophia Cai, Page Kennedy and more, Meg 2: The Trench tells the story of a team of scientists who uncover an illegal underwater mining operation while on a research expedition.

However, the operation becomes the least of their concerns when a tragic turn of events sees them fighting for their lives against the creatures who lurk below—and sees them fighting to save civilization from prehistoric deep-sea predators.

Get ready for a Halloween movie night that will have you holding your breath and feeling all of their attempts to outswim death—we promise you’ll be praying that you’re not next on the menu!

3. Evil Dead Rise

Written and directed by Lee Cronin, Evil Dead Rise is the 5th installment in the series and stars Lily Sullivan and Alyssa Sutherland as the two main sisters in the movie, while Morgan Davies, Gabrielle Echols and Nell Fisher are cast in supporting roles.

The story is just as the title says: after years of navigating difficult family dynamics, estranged sisters Allie and Beth are reunited at last. However, the joyous reunion is cut short by flesh-possessing demons called deadites, putting their sisterly bond to the test in the most horrifying way possible!

Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, this sixth installment in the series picks up where 2022’s Scream left off—that is, with Ghostface survivors coming face to face with their living nightmare once again despite having packed up and left what they thought would be only the memories of Woodsboro behind.

With Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Hayden Panettiere, and Courteney Cox all reprising their roles from the previous films and with a plethora of new cast members joining them for Scream VI, this 2023 MTV Movie-Award winning title has plenty of frights left to deliver—especially with D-BOX putting you face to face with the killer himself.

6. The Nun II

Set in 1956 France, darkness looms and evil festers as the Valak, the demon nun, strikes multiple times and cuts lives short. Sister Irene must once again confront her darkest fears and face off with the demon or sit by and watch as more of her friends lose their lives.

With haptic feedback immersing you in every moment, you’ll be able to feel Valak and her bone-chilling presence as if she was right there with you. After all, maybe she is—there's only one way to find out. The Nun II will be available for home viewing in the coming weeks!
