Hardware that moves with purpose
At the foundation of any haptic experience is movement, and D-BOX’s actuator-based systems are engineered to deliver it with accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability!
Our G3 motion systems are available in 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-actuator kits and offer three actuator travel options: 1.5", 3", or 6" (38mm, 76mm, 152cm). Additionally, we offer high-durability and more powerful motors versions of this hardware system, ensuring that there’s always an option to fit your needs. Whether you’re replicating subtle ground vibration in a stationary cockpit or full-body motion in a heavy vehicle trainer, G3 gives you the flexibility to scale motion intensity and stroke length to match the needs of your application.
The G5 motion system builds on that legacy with a high level of performance, realism, and reliability, all within a compact and streamlined form factor that emphasizes simplicity in infrastructure and connectivity. Like G3, G5 kits come in 1- to 4-actuator configurations and support a wide range of use cases, from desktop stations to complex multi-axis simulators with their 1.5” actuators.
For fully integrated motion platforms, the G5 MFX motion platform family offers three distinct models: 115A, 125A, and 135A. These turnkey solutions are ideal for clients seeking compact motion without compromising on fidelity.
Additionally, D-BOX's Sales Engineering team will assist you throughout the entire process and provide you with their expertise, making integration a breeze!
Software that puts you in control
While hardware delivers the motion, software is what makes it intelligent—and D-BOX provides a suite of professional tools to help integrators and developers get the most out of every actuator.
At the heart of our software ecosystem is HaptiSync Center: a centralized interface that lets users configure and calibrate haptic feedback across their entire setup. Designed for ease of use without sacrificing precision, HaptiSync Center gives trainers and integrators direct control over movement intensity, timing, and response behavior, and all through a clean, user-friendly interface.
For system builders and integration partners, System Configurator is an essential tool. It provides a step-by-step setup process to define system specifications, choose the right actuator configuration, and ensure compatibility across components.
For OEMs and advanced simulation platforms, the Live Motion SDK enables real-time integration of haptic feedback directly from telemetry or simulation data. Developers can custom-code motion responses that align with system performance metrics—such as acceleration, pitch, yaw, or engine strain—creating deeply immersive and dynamic training environments.
Together, these tools empower our partners to configure, customize, and control haptic feedback at every stage—whether they’re building systems from scratch or optimizing performance over time.
But even the best hardware and software need one final ingredient: expertly crafted haptic coding. That's where D-BOX's decades of experience truly set us apart.
Expertly crafted coding: the final piece of the puzzle
While hardware and software lay the foundation, it’s the haptic coding that brings every simulation to life. At D-BOX, we’ve spent over 25 years perfecting the art of haptic design, combining engineering precision with creative insight to deliver sensations that feel real—not just reactive.
We offer two flexible paths for integrators, depending on the level of control and customization they need:
- CustomSim is a turnkey service powered by our internal haptic experts. With more than 65,000 haptic effects coded across thousands of use cases, our team brings the expertise. You simply supply the visuals or training content, and we deliver a fully-coded experience that’s ready to plug into your simulator.
- DevSim, on the other hand, is ideal for developers who want to create their own haptic experiences. We provide the software framework and technical foundation; you provide the motion logic.
Whether you’re building from scratch or integrating motion into an existing system, our coding options ensure your simulation doesn’t just move—it responds, teaches, and prepares.

One ecosystem, complete training
Realism in simulation demands more than just movement—it requires a system where hardware, software, and coding all work in perfect harmony. That’s exactly what D-BOX delivers.
While motion platforms may be the most visible element, they’re just the starting point. Our professional software suite ensures systems are configured, calibrated, and controlled with precision. And our expertly crafted haptic coding turns every movement, vibration, and texture into an experience that builds real-world skills.
Together, these three pillars create a complete haptic ecosystem—not just a set of components, but a unified solution designed for today’s most demanding simulation environments.
When you choose D-BOX, you’re not just buying motion. You’re unlocking the full potential of immersive, professional-grade simulation.
