We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to run the Order Desk and provide general administrative support to the entire sales department.

YOUR MISSION

  • Coordinate and follow up on all administrative activities related to sales (order desk/Order Desk management) to delivery
    • Submitting non-warranty parts
    • Entering orders into the system
    • Providing order confirmations to the customer
    • Sending orders to the production team
    • Requesting transportation quotes and providing the tracking number to the customer
    • Creating pending charge transactions
    • Following up on payments, etc.
  • Ensure sound management of the “CRM” (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Create and maintain all customer files in the ERP
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Ensure that the sales process is respected at every stage
  • Organize customer meetings, demonstrations and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Any other related tasks

YOUR DNA

  • DEC in office automation, administration, secretarial or other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several files at once
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written (international clientele mainly English-speaking)
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Must have worked with a customer relationship management (“CRM”) system.
