Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager.

The Account Manager in the Sales Department will have the primary responsibility of strategically deploying efforts to identify business opportunities aimed at optimizing sales and generating significant financial impact for the home entertainment market. They will maintain a privileged relationship with existing customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction once sales have been made.

Your mission

  • Identify business opportunities with the aim of optimizing sales to existing customers

  • Onboard new customers to guarantee a smooth transition

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, collaborate in the preparation of contracts, and ensure their follow-up

  • Coordinate project kick-offs with internal teams

  • Follow up with customers and ensure that all necessary information is obtained for the proper conduct of business

  • Work in collaboration with the sales engineer to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs

  • Represent the customer’s voice within the organization

  • Communicate with all customers on a regular basis; oversee the customer journey and maintain long-term relationships

  • Schedule quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

  • Follow up with customers regarding their forecasts

  • Document all activities with partners in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Manage and resolve partner escalations quickly and professionally

  • Liaise with the order desk for current orders, as well as with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met

  • Perform all other related duties

Your DNA

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position or in customer service
    • Assets: in a sales context, with an international SME
  • Work experience in B2B
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English to serve our international clientele

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to be independent while enjoying working as part of a team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations

  • Sense of initiative

  • Asset: familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Asset: knowledge of the world of cinema, technology, and/or video games
